With the outsourcing of the physical guards, we ensure to have a double-management-system. Not only will the guarding company do site visits to the client’s premises to visit the guard, but also a Copwatch manager will visit the outsourced guard to make sure the quality of service is kept to the level expected by our valued client.
Copwatch response is included in all our guarding contracts and where the contract, falls outside the boundaries of the Copwatch response area, Copwatch will cover the cost for the 3rd party response company.
